Figley Institute offers cutting edge training and continuing education programs developed by Dr. Charles R. Figley, Dr. Kathleen Regan Figley,  and Adjunct Faculty to those who provide relief to emotionally traumatized individuals and communities.

To alleviate human suffering which results from traumatic life experiences by providing laypersons and professionals with high quality traumatologist training.

Course Catalog

Figley Institute courses are offered online or by invitation. We have expanded our offerings beyond the basic certification courses which we have offered in the past. Click here for the online course catalog.

Our Target Audience

Our courses are divided into basic and advanced levels.  Those with a high school education may register for the basic level courses.  To register for advanced courses, basic level training objectives must have been met either through college level courses, certification, or completion of the basic level courses. 

Accredited by the Green Cross Academy of Traumatology and the Better Business Bureau 

           CE Provider #50-5398 (Expires 3/31/2013). Check with your state licensing board to determine reciprocity.
